JOB DESCRIPTION

Basic knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
Experience with a CMS platform; Drupal experience is a plus.
Passion for programming and a strong desire to grow as a developer.

Bachelor's degree (HBO) level of working and thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Learn the Drupal interface, Drupal development, Agile methodologies, the company's development workflow, and quality standards, including:
- PHPStan Level 7
- Drupal Coding Standards
- Writing clean, readable, efficient, and high-quality code
Collaborate with Drupal back-end developers, front-end developers, and designers to build:
- Websites
- Web applications
- System integrations
- Portals
Spend approximately:
- 80% of your time working on client projects.
- 20% of your time on personal and professional development.
Work with senior team members to create a personalized plan for improving both technical and soft skills.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Maintain existing Drupal websites by:
- Applying security updates
- Performing Drupal module updates
- Answering customer inquiries
- Implementing small enhancements
- Fixing bugs
Take ownership of mistakes, learn from them, and continuously improve.
