JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Basic knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  • Experience with a CMS platform; Drupal experience is a plus.
  • Passion for programming and a strong desire to grow as a developer. 

Bachelor's degree (HBO) level of working and thinking. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the Drupal interface, Drupal development, Agile methodologies, the company's development workflow, and quality standards, including:
    • PHPStan Level 7
    • Drupal Coding Standards
    • Writing clean, readable, efficient, and high-quality code
  • Collaborate with Drupal back-end developers, front-end developers, and designers to build:
    • Websites
    • Web applications
    • System integrations
    • Portals
  • Spend approximately:
    • 80% of your time working on client projects.
    • 20% of your time on personal and professional development.
  • Work with senior team members to create a personalized plan for improving both technical and soft skills.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain existing Drupal websites by:
    • Applying security updates
    • Performing Drupal module updates
    • Answering customer inquiries
    • Implementing small enhancements
    • Fixing bugs
  • Take ownership of mistakes, learn from them, and continuously improve.
