Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
8+ years of web and software development experience, with demonstrated full stack capabilities
4+ years of hands-on Drupal CMS and PHP experience
Hands-on UI/UX experience and familiarity with principles and working with designers to successfully implement interface designs
Hands-on SQL experience, including database design, optimization, and administration
Understanding and experience implementing Section 508 guidelines in web-based solutions for Government websites
Experience with source control solutions and git workflow (Gitlab, GitHub)
Ability to coordinate, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere and merge code with multiple peers
Proactive communication and collaboration skills with team members/clients of varying technical expertise

Back-end/full stack:

Experience with Drupal's API ecosystem (REST/JSON:API) and integrating Drupal with external systems
Technical acumen to write and comprehend code specifications, including system architecture documentation
Front-end:
Experience with JavaScript, NodeJS, and ReactJS (modern JS frameworks a plus)
Aptitude to develop Twig templates, CSS/SCSS files, and necessary image assets
HTML and CSS code quality is exceptional, semantically correct, and easily scalable
Ability to investigate and discern cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility issues
Infrastructure/DevOps:
Hands-on experience with kubectl for deploying and managing containerized Drupal applications
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated testing, builds, and deployments
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and infrastructure-as-code practices
Understanding of DevOps principles and experience collaborating with infrastructure/operations teams to support release management and environment configuration
Experience troubleshooting deployment and environment issues across development, staging, and production
