• Technical Execution: Architecting, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise-level Drupal (v10+) web applications, writing clean PHP code, and implementing robust custom modules
• Stakeholder Engagement: Working under your own initiative to consult directly with stakeholders, gather technical requirements, and translate them into a scalable digital solution
• Project Delivery: Confidently planning, estimating, and executing development tasks across a variety of technical projects
• Security & Best Practices: Ensuring the highest standards of site performance, platform security, and adherence to secure coding practices.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have 

• Extensive commercial experience with Drupal 9/10 and core PHP
• Strong commitment to secure coding practices
• Proven ability to work under your own initiative and consult directly with stakeholders to establish project requirements
• Full commitment and eligibility to relocate/move to London for permanent, full-time employment

Should Have

• Experience working with front-end frameworks, specifically Vue.js /Nuxt
• Proven ability to plan, estimate, and execute across a range of complex technical projects.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Docker builds.
• Experience developing decoupled / headless Drupal applications
