JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Integrate Figma mockups into Drupal templates with pixel-level fidelity, covering catalogue pages, product sheets, purchase funnel, customer account area, and editorial pages.
  • Develop and enrich the two-level design system (parent design system and child theme), building reusable components, ensuring visual consistency across pages, and documenting all developed components.
  • Implement modern CSS (Tailwind) and vanilla JavaScript (ES6+) covering interactions, carousels, galleries, form behaviours, loading states, and error handling.
  • Ensure full responsive design (mobile first) and cross-browser compatibility across all templates and components.
  • Apply WCAG accessibility standards, ensuring semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility across the platform.
  • Optimise front-end performance including image optimisation, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals compliance.
  • Ensure multilingual compatibility (FR/EN/DE) across all templates and components, supporting content and interface translation requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with back-end developers for template data binding, participate in code reviews via merge requests, and contribute to knowledge transfer toward the internal team.

How do we imagine our future Front-End Developer Consultant – Drupal / PHP ?

  • Minimum 5 years of front-end development experience, with at least 3 years of Drupal theming (versions 8 through 11): Twig, preprocess, libraries, render arrays, and theme system, mandatory.
  • Strong command of modern CSS: architecture, flexbox/grid, mobile-first responsive design, and animations.
  • Solid vanilla JavaScript skills (ES6+), without reliance on a framework.
  • Proven experience integrating Figma mockups with high fidelity to design specifications.
  • Good command of web accessibility standards: WCAG 2.2, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, and screen readers.
  • Comfortable working with Git in a team environment: merge requests, code reviews, and rebase.
  • Fluent in French (working language), with technical English, mandatory.
  • Tailwind CSS (ideally v4), Single Directory Components (SDC), Drupal multilingual theming, and e-commerce theming experience are strong assets.
  • Experience in a banking, institutional, or regulated environment is appreciated.
  • Detail oriented, rigorous, and autonomous, with clear communication skills across back-end and design profiles.
