JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design and develop websites and applications across multiple projects.
  • Contribute to development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Drupal.
  • Mentor and support junior developers in developing their technical skills.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to development best practices.
  • Implement and maintain unit and integration tests.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams by reviewing and working with designs in Figma.
  • Evolve development methodologies and contribute to the adoption of AI-based tools and processes.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices and technical organization. 

Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
  • Proven initial experience in leading or coordinating a development team.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • Drupal
  • Knowledge of Symfony.
  • Awareness and understanding of web accessibility requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality practices and automated testing.
  • Experience with or strong interest in using AI in development processes.
  • Professional English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
