JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Advise on policies and strategies for content, records, archives, and information management.
  • Design, develop, and maintain records and information management systems.
  • Define business and technical requirements and produce functional specifications.
  • Support system integration and data migration from legacy repositories.
  • Implement digital preservation, archiving, security, encryption, and digital signature solutions.
  • Define and maintain metadata standards and archival descriptions.
  • Contribute to open data, semantic web, and information exchange initiatives.
  • Support the implementation and customization of Drupal-based solutions.

 

Requirements

  • Master's degree (EQF Level 7 or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of records management, archives, digital preservation, and public access to documents.
  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM), information management systems, and large-scale enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, ontology design, semantic web technologies, full-text search, encryption, and digital signatures.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, database management systems, web services, and enterprise integration principles is an asset.
  • Experience with Drupal or equivalent document/content management platforms.
