JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Build, configure, migrate, redesign, and publish enterprise websites using Drupal 11 multisite.
  • Collaborate with front-end designers/developers and stakeholders to develop new and redesigned websites.
  • Configure Drupal content types, features, files, images, displays, Views, Blocks, and other reusable components.
  • Partner with backend developers on custom Drupal functionality, Views, Blocks, Boxes, Context, and related features.
  • Manage individual website builds as small projects from requirements gathering through production launch.
  • Conduct meetings, provide project updates, manage timelines, obtain approvals, and maintain customer expectations.
  • Verify and troubleshoot automated content migrations and resolve migration-related issues.
  • Assist users with permissions, manual content migration, content editing, and website updates.
  • Train and support content editors and other users on Drupal functionality and content management workflows.
  • Move Drupal sites through development, testing, and production environments using Git and CI/CD processes.
  • Migrate legacy Drupal websites to current Drupal versions, particularly Drupal 11.
  • Migrate websites from other CMS platforms into Drupal.
  • Use Drupal migration modules and tools to support content migration activities.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Ensure websites meet Section 508, WCAG, security, accessibility, and industry standards before publication.
  • Perform quality assurance and accessibility remediation before production release.
  • Maintain project documentation, status updates, reports, tickets, and technical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience as a Drupal Site Builder, Drupal Front-End Developer, or Drupal Back-End Developer.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Drupal 10/11.
  • Experience migrating legacy Drupal websites to Drupal 11.
  • Experience using Drupal migration modules/tools.
  • Experience migrating websites from other CMS platforms to Drupal.
  • Strong experience with Drupal Webforms / Webform module — required.
  • Strong knowledge of Drupal Modules, Views, Paragraphs, Blocks, and content types.
  • Strong experience with Twig, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and/or jQuery.
  • Experience building responsive and accessible websites.
  • Experience with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
  • Experience working with Drupal multisite environments.
  • Experience with multiple development environments and version control.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD tools.
  • Strong testing, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Experience providing training or support to CMS content editors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
