Roles & Responsibilities:
The Drupal Developer will: Development & Support User Support Administration
- Serve as a programming team member for the Drupal/Pantheon environment
- Handle some basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Manage Drupal/Pantheon data feeds and other integrations, specifically with Salesforce
- Coordinate the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
- Assist in training of new users, and grow the CMS skillset across the organization
- Effectively act as the liaison between our users, customers and the application support teams
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
- Ensure optimal performance of Drupal based systems and products.
- Map/Document process flows within user disciplines
- Develop and deliver training for new systems as needed
Required Experience And Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be well versed in the appropriate field of expertise. They should have an equal level of business experience coupled with systems knowledge and IT acumen. The successful candidate’s qualifications will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study and 5 years work experience or 10+ years direct Drupal experience
- Acquia/Pantheon certified developer
- Extensive PHP proficiency
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Integration experience with salesforce.com
- Strong understanding of the CMS, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
- Strong understanding of Drupal best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
