Alma has a passion for building user-centered experiences and has extensive work with associations, financial organizations and healthcare organizations.

Her wide variety of skills include user research, usability studies, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and a broad knowledge of software and Internet applications.

When not busy at work she enjoys hanging out with her husband and chihuahua, outdoor music festivals, board games, and theater and opera performances.
