Derek Wright (dww)

Derek Wright or dww has been on Drupal for over 16 years and is currently Senior Computer Scientist at Ten7. He has worked in computer science, Drupal consulting, Music and Breema bodywork industries.

Derek designed and wrote the system for releasing Drupal contributions and he was one of the architects and implementros of the Drupal.or redesign. He is also the maintainer for the Update manager in Drupal core. He is also the maintainer and co-maintainer of multiple modules.

Derek was a security team member, contributed module, theme or distribution maintainer, Drupal core subsystem maintainer, documentation editor, documentation guide maintainer, Drupal core initiative contributor and mentor. He also contributed Drupal installation profiles and automated tests. Derek reviewed project applications and helped in the Drupal support forum.
