• Leading and mentoring the development team in India  
• Identifying and implementing optimizations to ensure the best application performance
• Defining technical architecture and scalable, robust software solutions
• Coordinating technical project actions such as:
  • Vulnerability management
  • Operating system upgrades
  • Migration projects
• Proposing technical solutions for application issues related to performance and security
• Ensuring quality through code reviews and best practice implementation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Supervising deliverables and stakeholder communication
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues
• Driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to maintain technical competitiveness
• Updating technical documentation including designs and specifications
• Developing and maintaining responsive web applications on both front-end and back-end
• Ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability of applications
