JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Drupal-based web applications.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Drupal solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Drupal implementations and platform performance.
  • Develop clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Drive technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews.
  • Support cloud-based deployments and DevOps processes, ensuring smooth release management and platform stability.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Manage multiple client engagements while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and alignment.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 

Required Qualifications

  • 6–8 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using Drupal CMS.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles for building scalable applications.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Drupal architecture, configuration, custom module development, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
  • Experience writing clean, modular, and maintainable code.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving Drupal performance and implementation issues.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and manage expectations effectively. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Drupal 8, 9, and 10.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Exposure to Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).
  • Drupal certifications are a plus.
