JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial architecture and development to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
  • Proactive Monitoring: Implement and manage monitoring and observability. Proactively lead incident response to ensure maximum site availability.
  • Drupal Upgrades: Participate in the execution of complex version migrations (e.g., migrating to the latest Drupal core versions) with minimal downtime.
  • Security & Maintenance: Proactively prepare and install security patches, module updates, and server-side configurations to ensure site integrity.
  • Feature Development: Architect, develop, and implement custom modules and functionality to meet evolving business needs.
  • Performance Optimization: Audit, troubleshoot, and optimize site performance, ensuring scalability, speed, and reliability.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, documentation, and version control (Git).
  • Mandatory Product Documentation: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the website ecosystem.

Qualifications & Experience

Education, Experience:

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
  • 5+ years of dedicated Drupal development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrable experience as a product roadmap ownership and lifecycle management
  • Project management : Experience with agile methodology
  • Experience of working within a culturally diverse global company
  • Fluent and professional English speaker
  • Knowledge and experience on Google workplace
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to explain technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders and align business expectations

Technical Skills:

  • Drupal Expertise: Expert knowledge of Drupal 10+/11, Twig templating, Configuration Management (CMI), Drupal core components and community modules
  • Backend: Strong proficiency in PHP, Symfony components, and database management
  • Frontend: Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and JavaScript
  • DevOps & Tools: Experience with Composer, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting platforms ( AWS, EKS,...)
  • Architecture: Proven ability to architect complex content models, taxonomies, and entity relationships.
  • Security: Proven experience in web security standards, vulnerability assessment, and patch management
  • API & Connectivity: Experience building and consuming RESTful/JSON:API web services and Drupal integrations: Salesforce, Workday,...
  • Technology Adaptation: Champion modern development shifts and leverage AI-assisted tools (vibe coding).
  • AI Quality Guardrails: Provide rigorous human oversight to ensure AI-generated code strictly complies with Coding standards, security baselines and architectural integrity.
