JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure the code quality of the development teams.
Establish and promote development best practices in collaboration with the team lead, and ensure they are consistently followed by the team.
Validate and ensure the team meets its commitments regarding effort estimates, delivery timelines, and sprint/business schedules.
Coordinate technical activities with other technical teams involved in the project, including Infrastructure, Integration, and Production teams.
Manage resource planning and allocation.
Mentor, support, and guide developers to foster their technical growth and ensure successful project delivery.
