Full Stack Drupal Developer Job at Vector BROSS

• Build Drupal websites using custom theming based on the company's in-house Drupal theme with Twig.
• Develop React applications from the ground up, focusing on performance, accessibility, and clean component architecture.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate daily development tasks, including coding, refactoring, debugging, and documentation, while ensuring secure and responsible usage.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and project managers to make technically sound and business-oriented decisions.
• Help define technical standards and best practices for the development team, while sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues. 

Must-Have Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Deep expertise in Drupal, including:
  • Custom theming with Twig
  • Content modeling
  • Views
  • Custom module development
  • Configuration management
• Strong front-end development experience with:
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Modern CSS
• Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude and/or Gemini in daily development workflows, with a strong understanding of secure AI practices (e.g., avoiding exposure of client code or credentials and critically reviewing AI-generated output).
• Experience with Git, Composer, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment workflows.
• Ability to interpret Figma designs and accurately translate them into production-ready code. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Storybook, design systems, or component libraries.
• Knowledge of technical SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals and structured data.
• A well-informed perspective on how AI is transforming software development, along with an understanding of its limitations.
