JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Design and develop multi-project websites and web applications.
  • Develop and maintain applications using:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • Drupal
  • Mentor and support junior developers in developing their technical skills.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to software development best practices.
  • Implement and maintain unit tests and integration tests.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams by reviewing and implementing designs from Figma.
  • Improve development methodologies and contribute to the adoption of AI-powered development tools and processes.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of development practices and the team's technical organization. 

Profile

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of full-stack web development experience.
  • Previous experience leading, coordinating, or mentoring a development team.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • Drupal
  • Knowledge of Symfony.
  • Understanding of digital accessibility best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance and automated testing practices.
  • Experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI to enhance software development workflows.
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
