Minimum Requirements/Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a similar field required. Master's degree in a similar field would be a plus
5-8 years of experience in DRUPAL development, with a strong portfolio of Drupal projects and DRUPAL Pantheon.
Ability to independently manage and resolve all incoming Drupal requests, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and coordinate with the Pantheon team (including joining calls) to troubleshoot and address issues.
Proficiency in PHP, Twig, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
Experience with DRUPAL 8/9, including custom module and theme development.
Strong understanding of DRUPAL architecture, APIs, and best practices.
Experience in developing custom Drupal components and integrating Drupal as a headless CMS with mobile applications.
Able to propose innovative, headless-first solutions for business requests and proactively remove blockers to keep the development cycle on track.
Proficiency with Git or other version control tools like GitHub Advanced Security.
Proficient in caching strategies and CDN mechanisms.
Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and Personalization techniques.
Familiarity with JFrog for artifact management, New Relic for application performance monitoring, and Paper Trail for log management is highly desirable.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tags integra.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrate ability to interpret and work with data (e.g., dashboards, reports, data quality concepts) and understanding of AI/ML fundamentals to adapt to emerging technology trends, identify opportunities for intelligent automation/insights and make data-informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
