JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Hands-on UI/UX experience; ability to collaborate with designers to implement interface designs
  • Understanding of Drupal theming and Twig templating; able to build Twig templates, CSS, and image assets

Drupal Platform Knowledge

  • Familiarity with Drupal 9/10/11, content types, and views
  • Understanding of contributed modules and basic site-building
  • Willingness to learn Drupal API and best practices
  • Awareness of Drupal security updates and patching

Development & Version Control

  • Hands-on MySQL experience
  • Experience with source control (GitLab, GitHub) — commits, branches, merging
  • Technical acumen to write and interpret code specifications

Security & Access

  • Basic understanding of web security principles
  • Willingness to learn access control and authentication concepts

DevOps & Troubleshooting

  • Desire to learn DevOps tools and workflows
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot core site issues
  • Skill in diagnosing cross-browser/cross-platform compatibility issues
  • Awareness of caching and site performance concepts

 

Position Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 4+ years of full stack web/software development experience
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Drupal CMS and PHP
