Damien House is the founder and CTO of 109.studio and a principal architect with more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, Drupal architecture, platform modernisation, cloud migration, DevSecOps, accessibility, and technical leadership. His work focuses on helping organisations move from prototypes and complex legacy systems to maintainable production platforms. He also works on applied AI and governed agentic workflows, including human review, permission-aware tooling, retrieval-backed context, evaluation, and auditability. House has worked across government, healthcare, public safety, startups, agencies, and mission-driven organisations.
