JOB DESCRIPTION

  • 4–10 years of hands-on Drupal development experience.
  • Strong experience with Drupal 9, 10, and 11.
  • Proven experience in Drupal core and module upgrades. 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in PHP, Drupal APIs, Twig, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Experience with Composer and dependency management.  
  • Strong knowledge of Drupal Configuration Management.  
  • Experience in custom Drupal module and theme development.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB databases.
  • Experience with Git version control. 

Drupal Upgrade & Migration Tools

  • Drupal Upgrade Status Module
  • Drupal Rector
  • Composer Package Management
  • Configuration Synchronization
  • Drush CLI 

DevOps & Deployment

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Azure DevOps
    • GitHub Actions
    • Jenkins
    • GitLab CI/CD
  • Experience working with cloud-hosted Drupal environments. 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Acquia Cloud or Pantheon hosting platforms.
  • Knowledge of Headless Drupal, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Understanding of WCAG web accessibility standards.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as:
    • PHPUnit
    • Cypress 

Preferred Certifications

  • Acquia Certified Drupal Developer
  • Acquia Certified Site Builder
  • Drupal 10 Certification
  • Azure or AWS Cloud Certification
  • Scrum Master or Agile Certification 

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
