Drupal Developer Job at DCS EASYWARE

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in designing, building, and managing Drupal solutions that meet client requirements.
• Conduct code reviews for both new developments and corrective/enhancement maintenance of existing Drupal websites.
• Manage the deployment of web applications across development, testing, and production environments on AWS.
• Work with deployment and automation tools, including:
  • GitLab CI
  • Ansible
  • Terraform
  • Automated testing frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams, including:
  • Information Security (SSI)
  • Infrastructure
  • Data teams
  • Other business stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, coding standards, and security principles.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions for Drupal websites, development workflows, and deployment environments. 

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in web development.
• Strong expertise in Drupal 9/10, Next.js, and React.  
• Hands-on experience with deployment and DevOps tools, including:
  • GitLab CI
  • Ansible
  • Docker
  • Terraform
• Good knowledge of AWS environments, with experience in AWS managed services considered a strong advantage.
• Experience optimizing application performance and working with:
  • Redis
  • CDN (Content Delivery Network) solutions
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a technical development team.
• Ability to coach, support, and develop the technical skills of other developers.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to motivate and drive a technical team.
