Drupal Developer Job at Synergie France

• Provide technical guidance to the development team in designing and managing Drupal solutions that meet the company's business needs.
• Conduct code reviews for both new developments and corrective/enhancement maintenance of existing websites.
• Manage website deployments across development, testing (UAT), and production environments on AWS using:
  • GitLab CI
  • Ansible
  • Terraform
  • Automated testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams, including:
  • Information Security (SSI)
  • Infrastructure
  • Data teams
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and security principles.
• Propose innovative solutions for both web platforms and development/deployment environments.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and proper functioning of Synergie's websites and applications. 

Required Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of successful experience in web development.
• Drupal 10 Certification is highly preferred.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Drupal 9/10
  • Next.js
  • React
• Strong experience with deployment and DevOps tools:  
  • GitLab CI
  • Ansible
  • Docker
  • Terraform
• In-depth knowledge of AWS environments (experience with managed AWS services is a plus).
• Experience with performance optimization and caching technologies:
  • Redis
  • CDN
• Previous experience providing technical leadership or managing development teams. 

Additional Skills

• Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments.
• Highly proactive and responsive.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. 

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Drupal is mandatory.
