JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Drupal search technologies, including Apache Solr.
  • Experience with front-end development using the Drupal platform.
  • Experience working with web hosting environments.
  • Knowledge of website security best practices, including:
    • SSL/TLS encryption
    • Firewalls
    • Malware detection and prevention
    • Vulnerability monitoring
  • Manage and update website content, including text, images, and multimedia elements, using Drupal CMS.
  • Ensure website content is consistent, accurate, appropriate, and timely.
  • Maintain content and graphic standards, including WCAG accessibility compliance.
  • Implement and maintain service-related links to County departments and Federal, State, and Local agencies.
  • Ensure website security by regularly updating software, plugins/modules, and themes.
  • Implement security protocols and monitor websites for potential vulnerabilities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to website functionality, server configuration, and user access.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain reliable website operations.
