Support website releases, quality assurance, documentation, and ongoing technical improvements.
Marketing automation and integrations
Build and maintain integrations between Drupal, marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, webinar and event tools, advertising platforms, analytics tools, and other marketing technologies.
Configure and troubleshoot forms, campaign programs, lead capture, consent, progressive profiling, scoring, routing, notifications, and nurture workflows.
Work with APIs, webhooks, middleware, and data mappings to ensure reliable movement of campaign and prospect data.
Validate field mapping, source attribution, campaign membership, duplicate handling, consent status, and lead lifecycle behavior.
Campaign enablement and optimization
Turn campaign briefs into live landing pages and connected digital experiences within agreed timelines.
Support localized campaign execution across English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese markets.
Implement and validate analytics, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels, events, and reporting requirements.
Contribute to SEO implementation, including metadata, structured content, internal linking, technical hygiene, and search-friendly page experiences.
Required Qualifications And Experience
5+ years of professional experience in web development, marketing technology, digital marketing operations, or a closely related field.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining landing pages in Drupal.
Experience integrating websites with at least one marketing automation platform, such as Saleforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot/Account Engagement, and similar systems.
Experience with Salesforce and CRM systems, including lead and campaign data flows.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development.
Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and field mapping.
Experience with web analytics and tag management, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or equivalent tools.
Strong troubleshooting and quality-assurance skills, with the ability to investigate issues across multiple systems.
Professional fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Drupal 9 or 10, Twig, PHP, Composer, Drush, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
Experience working with Drupal multisite, multilingual content, translation workflows, or regional websites.
Experience with Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or the specific marketing automation platforms used by Utimaco.
Experience with SQL, data validation, or marketing technology reporting.
Knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG.
Experience supporting B2B technology, cybersecurity, enterprise software, or other complex products.
Familiarity with ABM platforms, personalization, webinar systems, event platforms, advertising integrations, or enrichment tools.
