Architect, develop, and maintain secure, high-performing Drupal websites that meet industry standards for accessibility, usability, security, and design excellence
Lead Drupal development activities, including custom module development, theming, migrations, automated testing, and ongoing application maintenance
Design, implement, and execute automated testing strategies to support reliable, high-quality software delivery
Support the full application lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
Help define deployment strategies and ensure smooth, efficient releases to production environments
Mentor and collaborate with engineers across varying experience levels, promoting technical growth, knowledge sharing, and development best practices
Partner directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to establish priorities, manage expectations, and deliver successful project outcomes
Contribute to an Agile development environment through planning, sprint execution, technical discussions, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while identifying opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, security, accessibility, and user experience
Champion quality, innovation, and continuous learning to help drive project and team success
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
7+ years of experience building secure, accessible, responsive web applications
5+ years of hands-on experience building Drupal solutions, including module development, theming, migrations, automated testing, Drush, and Composer
3+ years of technical leadership experience, such as a Lead, Deputy Lead, Technical Lead, or comparable role
Experience working with cloud technologies and platforms such as AWS and Acquia
7 + years of experience with core web technologies and standards, including HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
Demonstrated experience supporting modern web application development, testing, deployment, and production operations
Experience collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary technical teams
Experience working within Agile software development environments
Strong troubleshooting, analytical communication, and technical leadership skills
Must be capable of obtaining and maintaining a Public Trust level clearance as required by the contract
