• Write and define user stories.
• Coordinate the development team to ensure user stories are implemented.
• Test and validate user stories.
• Demonstrate completed user stories to business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and lead the project team and contributors from the IT department and business teams.
• Propose technical and functional solutions.
• Produce project deliverables and documentation.
• Lead project steering meetings in accordance with the established governance framework.
• Manage project schedules, risks, and costs.
• Lead change management activities, including training, support team assistance, and communication.

Required Profile

• At least 5 years of project management experience working with multiple end clients in a digital environment.
• Experience working within an IT department (DSI) using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and tools such as Kanban.
• Experience as a Business Project Manager (MOA) or a technical professional who has transitioned into a functional role.
• Good understanding of web programming languages and tools used in web development environments.
• Previous experience contributing to or developing institutional websites using CMS platforms.

Mission Requirements

• Strong proficiency in the use and administration of Drupal CMS (versions 7, 8, 9, and 10).
• Knowledge of Drupal components, including contributed modules, user role management, web architecture, and PHP software architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS and HTML.
• Strong communication and diplomatic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and writing skills to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proven project management and coordination skills.
• Good listening skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
