Application development and consultancy

We are fundamentally software developers, not a graphic design or media company. We do offer full-site development, working with partner companies and individuals, but our strength is in analysing application requirements for businesses and providing Drupal-based solutions, usually as a combination of off-the-shelf modules and custom development.

Project management, support and maintenance

We take customer service and ongoing support very seriously. For that reason we have invested time in establishing our own case management system to provide logging and tracking of issues arising during development plus ongoing support and maintenance. This ensures that issues and the time spent on them are properly tracked and managed - nothing gets forgotten about. Clients can see summary and detail reports of exactly how time was spent.
