TMotions was founded in 2004, initially offering consultancy services to medium-sized organizations. As the company grew, it recognized challenges faced by clients in finding suitable delivery options for their digital transformation needs. Many clients struggled with the limitations of enterprise applications, SaaS solutions, and proprietary systems. In response, TMotions established a development and engineering division in 2012 to provide more flexible and scalable options. Today, the company has over 100 employees based in London and Chandigarh, serving clients across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, UAE, and Australia.
