DICTU

DICTU, or Dienst ICT Uitvoering, is a significant IT service provider within the Dutch government, operating under the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy. The organization focuses on delivering Drupal websites for various governmental bodies, including notable clients like The House of Representatives, CBI, and RVO.

The DICTU Webteam is organized into five scrum teams that specialize in creating complex websites that prioritize security, sustainability, and accessibility, all while adhering to governmental guidelines. Currently, DICTU manages over 100 governmental websites, a number that continues to grow.

The team is known for its ability to develop custom projects tailored to the needs of end-users. Their UX specialists work to enhance user experience while ensuring compliance with government standards. Additionally, DICTU actively develops the GovNL distribution, which provides the necessary configurations for setting up Drupal websites that meet government safety requirements.
