Brian Gilbert goes by the Drupal username realityloop. He is the Director of RealityLoop, a Drupal solutions and development provider. Abandoning proprietary development frameworks in early 2005, he moved towards open source development. In late 2006, he found Drupal and in his own words ” haven't looked back since!” 1
In December of 2021, Brian was promoted to become a full Drupal mentoring coordinator. Brian has contributed to the Drupal core project, done theme and module work for groups.drupal.org. He develops and co-maintains several modules and submits lots of issues and patches to help make Drupal even better.
Brian has worked for Victoria University, Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, State Library of Victoria, The Victorian Government, National Centre for Farmers Health, Proquest, Collabforge, TEFMA, EmSpace, Monash University, Publicity Works, Wesley College, McPherson Media, County Court of Victoria. Industries Brian has worked in includes Education, Marketing, Web Development, Internet Service Provision.
He also organizes monthly Drupal meetups and free mentoring days in Melbourne Australia.
