I am Pralhad from PUNE - INDIA. I have been working in open source application development for last 14+ years. Since last 9+ years I have been working on Drupal CMS.

As an IT professional with over 16 years of experience, I've dedicated my career to working with Open Source Projects and SAAS-PASS-based Cloud Technologies to deliver Customer Success.

I currently work with Vercel (www.vercel.com) as a Customer Success Manager. As part of the strategically positioned Customer Success team, I work closely with Elite Customers, Partners, Digital Agencies, and Business Stakeholders to achieve Customer Success. Collectively we make the web faster and more secure.

I contribute my efforts primarily towards establishing sustainable, long-lasting client relationships and helping them to achieve their business goals on priority.
