Emma Horrell

Emma joined the User Experience and Digital Consultancy team in June 2020.

Her interests lie in user-centred design of content, and related disciplines including:

User research
Service design
Systems thinking and development
User experience strategy
Data analytics

Emma has a MSc in Digital Curation, journalism and marketing qualifications, and a BCS Foundation Certificate in User Experience. She's currently studying for a Postgraduate Diploma in Service Management and Design at the Edinburgh Futures Institute.
