Three core values lie at the heart of my work and my life: communication, efficiency, and empathy.
Communication – to understand the meaning behind words, to anticipate misunderstandings before they happen, and to ensure everyone shares the same goals.
Efficiency – to understand the core necessities of a project, to anticipate bottlenecks before they become critical, and to ensure time is given respect as the irreplaceable resource of our lives.
Empathy – to understand that every coworker and client is a human being like myself, to anticipate and meet their needs, and to ensure that every person is given the respect we all deserve.
I am also excited to bring pictures of sloths to my workplace – with a reminder that sometimes efficiency looks very different, that everyone has their own unique strengths, and that we all have a responsibility to maintain the world we live in and the wondrous creatures that live alongside us.
