Jasmyne Epps

Life-long tech enthusiast Jasmyne Epps has always had a passion for technology and the ways in which it can solve the world's problems. After working in the private sector for Vulcan Materials Company and Verizon Wireless, Jasmyne found her purpose in the public sector working for the Georgia Technology Authority. For over 8 years, she served as a QA Analyst and then as a Product Manager. Now returning to GTA as Unit Director for GovHub, she plans to continue to lead by championing accessibility and inclusivity in development as well as design.

Jasmyne Epps is an Atlanta-based technologist, product leader, and public speaker focused on improving public digital services through accessible and inclusive technology. She serves as Director of GovHub for the State of Georgia’s Office of Digital Services & Solutions at the Georgia Technology Authority, where she leads the product strategy for GovHub, the state’s Drupal-based digital publishing platform used by more than 90 Georgia state agency websites.

With over 15 years of experience building digital products and leading cross-functional teams, Jasmyne combines product strategy, usability, and delivery-focused engineering practices. Her work emphasises accessibility, inclusive design, and sustainable delivery workflows, helping government organisations build secure and high-performance digital services aligned with state standards.

Before becoming Director of GovHub, Jasmyne spent nearly a decade at the Georgia Technology Authority, progressing from QA Analyst to Product Manager. That experience informs her approach to modern quality practices, including “shift-left” testing strategies, where validation and feedback occur earlier in the development lifecycle to improve delivery speed and product quality.

Jasmyne is also an active speaker in the Drupal and government digital services community. She has presented at events such as DrupalCon Atlanta, Drupal GovCon, and DrupalCamp Chattanooga, sharing practical insights on Drupal in government, product management, accessibility, and modern delivery practices.

In addition to her public sector work, she is the founder of Slab Digital, a web development agency focused on accessibility-driven and data-informed digital solutions.

Outside of her professional work, Jasmyne enjoys fitness, gaming, hands-on DIY projects, and experimenting with new recipes.
