About
I create space in the noise—then build a way forward that people own.
I apply systems thinking to organizational development, public workforce systems, governance frameworks, and platforms—establishing systems that serve over 190,000 users collectively and guiding organizations through inflection points. I see the interconnections between organizational structures, strategic priorities, and—most importantly—the human dynamics that make or break adoption.
What sets me apart? I create space for stakeholders amid the noise. I invest the time—listening to each person, asking tailored questions, and being patient as understanding develops, which fosters trust while uncovering the constraints we have to work with. From there, I guide the team through the noise toward an actionable direction. This collaborative approach, proven through years of experience, forges coalitions that move forward: they're invested because they've been heard, and they're aligned because the path is achievable.
Foundational experiences at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the World Bank, and the Sierra Club — spanning monetary policy, global systems, and environmental advocacy — shaped the systems thinking approach I use today by revealing how interconnected structures influence outcomes.
I'm a hands-on partner who bridges strategy and execution—staying close to the work while assembling expert teams. I stay current through continuous learning, operationalize the vision, and identify what's realistic, not just aspirational.
