Dutch Data Protection Authority (DPA)

The Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP) is the independent supervisory authority in the Netherlands responsible for overseeing the protection of personal data. Its tasks include monitoring compliance with privacy legislation, providing information, conducting investigations, and collaborating with other privacy regulators both nationally and internationally.
