RIK (Registrite ja Infosüsteemide Keskus) is an IT development center under the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs in Estonia, focused on creating and managing digital solutions to simplify the justice and business environment in Estonia. Established in 1994, RIK develops various e-services, including the e-business register, e-land register, e-invoicing, and more, while also providing web services and collaborative environments for other institutions.
