VNG

Together with all municipalities, the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG) champions the strength and quality of local government. That means working with you. The VNG supports municipalities in their continued development as the primary government, the government closest to citizens and businesses. Local government determines the VNG agenda. The VNG is a service-providing organization and offers a platform for opinion-forming and innovation. Furthermore, the VNG represents the interests of all municipalities and is therefore an important discussion partner for other government bodies and civil society organizations.
