National Center for E-Learning

The National Center for E-Learning (nelc.gov.sa) is an independent center established by a Cabinet decision in 1439H. It aims to enhance trust in e-learning, enable equal access to lifelong e-learning, and lead sustainable innovation in e-learning to provide reliable and accessible education for all.
