African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights

The African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights (achpr.org) is a law practice organization established by the African Charter. Inaugurated in 1987, it operates under the African Union to protect and promote human and peoples' rights across Africa, with its Secretariat located in Banjul, The Gambia.
