Illinois Heartland Library System

Illinois Heartland Library System (illinoisheartland.org) is a quasi-governmental, not-for-profit organization serving public, school, academic, and special libraries in southern and parts of central Illinois. It supports member libraries through resource sharing, delivery services, legal advice, continuing education, advocacy, and leadership.
