National Health Service

The National Health Service (vmnvd.gov.lv) is a government administration institution under Latvia's Ministry of Health. It implements state policy on healthcare availability, manages healthcare budget funds, plans healthcare services, ensures effective use of the state budget, and implements e-Health policies.
