Italian Academy of Cuisine

The Italian Academy of Cuisine, founded in 1953 in Milan by Orio Vergani and other cultural, industrial, and journalistic figures, is a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting and promoting Italian culinary traditions both in Italy and abroad. It has been a Cultural Institution of the Italian Republic since 2003.
