IFCI Ltd. is a financial services company established in 1948, originally as the Industrial Finance Corporation of India. It provides medium and long-term finance to industry and is a Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC-ND-SI) registered with the Reserve Bank of India. Its main products include term loans, corporate loans, short-term loans, loan against shares, and loans to NBFCs.
