Job Responsibilities:

Communication: Meetings follow the common Agile ceremonies, and take place online. Slack is used for all other team communication. Client communication can be through Slack and/or the project management tool.

Travel: As the majority of meetings take place online, travel to client offices is limited. Developers may be requested to travel for occasional client meetings, with all expenses covered. There is also a bi-annual company funded summit / team get together.

Time tracking: PreviousNext business relies on billing for the time you spend, so each team member is responsible for ensuring time logs are up to date.

Requirements:

In order to apply, you must have:

excellent communication skills: able communicate with developers, clients and non-technical people in both written and oral forms
a high degree of self-discipline and professionalism in updating tasks, communicating with the team, and logging time spent
5+ years experience working with Drupal
a strong knowledge of Objected-Oriented PHP, design-patterns, test-driven development, best practices and coding standards
experience working with modern PHP frameworks such as Drupal 9, Symfony, Laravel, Slim, Silex
experience with test frameworks such a PHPUnit, Selenium, Behat etc.
a sound knowledge of git branching workflows, github pull requests, and continuous integration
experience working in a team environment

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies
Demonstrated contributor to one or more open source projects
Active in the development community; blogging, presenting at meetups and conferences etc.
