DrupalCamp DEN 2023 in Iwakuni on January 21

Drupal Camp Den 2023 will take place in the beautiful city of Iwakuni on 21 January 2023. It is a hybrid event, where the in-person gathering will be at the Iwakuni Cultural Center.

DEN is the short form for Drupal Experience Network, a pan-Japan user group organizing this camp. Drupal Meetups at Haneda, Umeda, and Tokyo are behind this initiative.

The first edition of Drupal Camp DEN happened at Haneda, Tokyo, on 17 November 2018, with 100 participants. The second edition happened in Nagoya on 07 December 2019 with 70 participants. Both were in-person events. Due to Covid19 pandemic, there were no camps during the next two years.

On 29 January 2022, the third edition of Drupal Camp DEN reappeared as an online event from Osaka with 100 remote participants. This time, the camp has gone hybrid mode, so those interested could meet in person, and others could join online.

DrupalCamp DEN 2023 Iwakuni will be held to share information on the latest Drupal updates and specific use cases. The camp is sponsored by Iwakuni City.

This event will comprise a well-curated session timetable starting with opening remarks at 13:00 JST and a video message from Mr. Dries Buytaert. Three separate tracks will follow a special session. The third track will be exclusively online. The closing ceremony will start at 16:55.
