Virtual Self-Study Group to Enhance API Development Skills

Boston PHP, a public group, is gearing up to host a virtual self-study group. API a la Mode, Season 3, FreeCodeCamp aims to narrow the skills gap by providing a platform for individuals to enhance their API development skills. This virtual camp will occur on Monday, June 19, 2023, from 12:00 PM to 11:55 PM EDT.

APIs, or Application Programming Interfaces, are vital in web development and programming. They enable seamless communication between applications and systems, facilitating data exchange and enhancing functionality.

The meetup is specifically designed for individuals new to web development and keen to learn more about utilizing APIs while developing web applications. It offers a virtual self-study group format, allowing participants to progress at their own pace within their current work and life schedules. There will be no classroom instruction, Zoom meetings, or scheduled appointments. Instead, participants will engage in a flexible learning experience that best suits their individual needs.

The API a la Mode, Season 3 meetup will consist of three one-week sprints, starting on Monday, June 19, 2023, and concluding on Sunday, July 8, 2023.
