DrupalSouth Session Video: Recipe for Better Workplace Relationships

DrupalSouth has released the video of the session conducted by Julia Topliss. Julia is the Head of Delivery at Morpht. The session titled, “The Recipe for Enduring and Meaningful Workplace Relationships,” explains how she manages an effective team with a stronger workplace culture.

The talk gives key insights as to why her projects run so smoothly and why she is so respected by her customers and colleagues as a thoughtful leader. She also addresses the challenges that often arise in workplaces including tensions, stress, and unproductive environments.

The session also delves into what turns a workplace sour and how to tell when it’s happening. It also discusses how to counteract an office culture headed in the wrong direction and provides a set of ingredients to build a better team environment.
