DrupalCon Vienna 2025 Opens Call for Session Submissions
VIENNA, Austria (Feb. 17, 2025) — Organizers of DrupalCon Vienna 2025 have opened the call for session submissions for the October 14–17 conference, inviting speakers from all segments of the Drupal and open-source communities. Session proposals are due by April 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CET, and no extensions will be granted.
The four-day event, set to take place at Vienna’s Austria Center, offers seven dedicated tracks—ranging from “Agency & Business” to “Drupal CMS”—covering a variety of session formats, including 20-minute talks, 45-minute sessions or panels, and extended workshops. Prospective presenters can find submission guidelines on the official DrupalCon Vienna 2025 website, along with tips from the Track Team and access to #session-help on Slack for feedback. With the much-anticipated release of Drupal CMS 2.0 slated to coincide with the conference, attendees can expect insights into new features like Experience Builder and AI-driven enhancements—reinforcing Drupal’s commitment to innovation and accessibility.
Beyond session presentations, DrupalCon Vienna 2025 also offers sponsorship opportunities, giving businesses a chance to align with the global Drupal community and showcase their brands. Meanwhile, the countdown to the event continues as “Franz Jozef,” the conference mascot, tours Drupal Camps worldwide—his next stop being Drupal Mountain Camp from March 11 to 13 in Davos, Switzerland.
