Metadrop Releases Updated Entity Mesh Module for Drupal Content Visualization

Metadrop has released an updated version of its Entity Mesh module for Drupal, addressing important bugs and enhancing stability. Entity Mesh provides a D3-based visualization of how content items relate to each other, helping site administrators identify issues such as broken or inaccessible links. Unlike tools that map the data model, this module focuses on live content relationships, offering practical insights into how pages interconnect across a site.

Using the tool on its own website, Metadrop identified 17 internal pages linking to the VLSuite module, underscoring its relevance in their projects. The visualization also highlighted the prominence of pages like the UI Catalogue and QA Assurance, while flagging a legacy link to their deprecated Drupal Boilerplate tool, which DDEV Aljibe has since replaced. Entity Mesh is open source and available for any Drupal site. More information is available at metadrop.net.

The Entity Mesh module was created by Jorge Tutor, CIO of Metadrop.
